about me
My name is Maria Lupandina. I'm a language professional from Russia based in Berlin. In 2016, I started as a freelance English tutor in Berlin and later became a Berlin city coach or relocation consultant. Since then I’ve accumulated much experience getting a Blue Card EU, freelance residence permit, flat search, and interviews at Ausländerbehörde for and with my customers. I've been working as a contractor and full-time with several relocation agencies and later I had my own business focused on helping international creatives get German freelance visas.
My last position was as a global mobility specialist in a fast-growing Berlin start-up, Flink, where I consulted on visas and relocation, being in direct contact with talent acquisition, new candidates, current employees, and managers.
